Dogs with separation anxiety typically fall under our Specialized Care (Reactive/Fearful or Puppy) tier, depending on their age and the severity of their needs. Because separation anxiety requires meticulous environmental management, tailored decompression plans, and ensuring the dog is never left alone to panic, it requires a much higher level of one-on-one professional supervision.
We don't believe in standard kennel runs. Your dog is fully integrated into our peaceful home environment. A typical day includes structured rest, savory puzzle toys, plenty of couch snuggles, and tailored physical exercise—such as low-stress "sniffaris" (decompression walks) designed to let your dog safely explore and decompress.
To keep our home environment calm and stress-free for the dogs currently staying with us, all drop-offs and pick-ups are scheduled by appointment only. We will coordinate a specific window with you prior to your dog's stay.
Because we board dogs directly in our home, we require a successful meet-and-greet or an initial assessment before confirming any booking. Sometimes a trial night is required before the stay. This ensures our environment matches your dog's needs and keeps everyone safe and comfortable.
